The final matches of the IIHF IIIB Division Junior World Championship (U18) were held in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Youth national team of Turkmenistan became the fourth, defeated by the hosts of the tournament in the bronze medal game. 

In total, six teams participated in the Sarajevo tournament in two groups: Thailand, Iceland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkmenistan, South Africa and Luxembourg. 

Thailand youth national team won the tournament, Iceland gained the silver medals, and the hosts gained the bronze.
