Ahmed Al-Ajmi , the long-time leader of the Kuwait national hockey team has hung up his skates after 32 years in ice hockey.
He played his first season for the national team in 1998, debuting at the Asian Winter Games.
Ahmed Al-Ajmi played a total of 72 official matches for the Kuwait national team and scored 102 points. In his last season in professional hockey, Al-Ajmi scored 27 points (6+21) as part of the country’s strongest team, the Kuwait Warriors.
