Tatarstan amateur team from Russia won the amateur division of the international hockey tournament Bedouin Cup in Abu Dhabi. The Tatarstan Legends also won bronze in the premier division.

This year the cup was organized by the local club Cyber ​​Bedouins with the support of the UAE Winter Sports Federation and was held at Zayed City Sports from December 19 to 22.

The tournament organizers announced that it will become an annual event, with the number of teams increasing in 2026.

It’s worth noting that former Ak Bars ice hockey players Danis Zaripov, Alexey Chupin, Mikhail Glukhov, and Vasily Tokranov played for the Tatarstan Legends team.
